Walking at Sunrise

I woke up way too early this morning, but saw this lovely view out the window.

I thought I'd get better pictures outdoors so quickly threw on some clothes and went out. By then a cloud cover had rolled in.

Yet it was still very beautiful.

I found I could walk on a trail which last week had been under flood waters.

The posts are actually reflected  in rain water which had gathered on the deck after the heavy rains we had yesterday afternoon.

I wasn't the only person out at sunrise.

This beauty was worth waking up to see!
